Join us for Fit & Fly Dubai, which will be held September 24 - October 1, 2022. The first 3 nights of the retreat will be held at the 5-star Rosewood Hotel in Abu Dhabi, and the last 4 nights of the retreat will be held at the 5-star Nikki Beach Resort in Dubai. Dubai and Abu Dhabi are two of the seven emirates comprising the United Arab Emirates (UAE) located in the Middle East. Dubai is the most populated of the seven emirates and the top tourist destination in the Middle East, while Abu Dhabi serves as the UAE’s capital and is home to the only Louvre museum outside of Paris. The two cities are located approximately one hour and 20 minutes apart by car. Guests will enjoy three nights at a city hotel in Abu Dhabi followed by four nights at a beach resort in Dubai. Late January/early February is the ideal time to be in Abu Dhabi and Dubai with warm “winter” weather (highs in the 75 - 80 F range).
Rosewood Abu Dhabi
Fit & Fly Dubai guests will stay the first three nights at Rosewood Abu Dhabi, a five-star hotel located on Al Maryah Island in the heart of Abu Dhabi’s central business district. Rosewood Abu Dhabi is connected to The Galleria, a luxury shopping destination, including Chanel, Balenciaga, Dior, Louis Vuitton and Gucci, among others. For those that saw the second Sex and the City Movie set in Abu Dhabi, the Galleria also features a Sarah Jessica Parker SJP shoe store!
Rosewood Abu Dhabi is a 34-story tower hotel featuring 189 spacious guest rooms and suites; eight restaurants and lounges; Sense, a Rosewood Spa; a fitness center, and an outdoor pool with spacious pool deck and pool bar. Guests will enjoy twice daily housekeeping, including a nightly turndown service. Marble bathrooms feature walk-in rain showers and deep soaking tubs.

Nikki beach resort dubai
Fit & Fly Dubai guests will spend the next 4 nights of the retreat at Nikki Beach Resort, a beachfront hotel along the waterfront of Pearl Jumeirah island in the Arabian Gulf.
Nikki Beach Resort Dubai features 118 rooms and suites; Nikki Spa; a lounge, cafe, and restaurant; a fitness center; and a pool with individual sun loungers, beds, and cabanas. One of the highlights of the Resort is Nikki Beach Club, which offers plush sun beds, poolside service, globally-inspired menus; and panoramic views of Downtown Dubai and the cityscape, including the Burj Khalifa.

RETREAT ACTIVITIES AND MEALS
Fit & Fly Dubai is a cultural retreat, perfect for guests who prefer a retreat experience that doesn’t include fitness classes!
The retreat will begin with three nights in Abu Dhabi. Activities will include visiting the stunning Grand Mosque, the Louvre Museum (the only Louvre outside of Paris), and experiencing a massage at a local day spa. During any free time, guests can shop at the Galleria, which is a luxury shopping mall connected to the hotel in Abu Dhabi.
Upon checking out of the hotel in Abu Dhabi after three nights, guests will travel to the desert for camel rides, henna tattoos, sand dune bashing, and an outdoor dinner at our private desert camp. After dinner, guests will travel to a beachfront resort in Dubai for the next four nights of the retreat.
On the first full day in Dubai, guests will enjoy a private shopping tour of the Dubai souk as well as a visit to the Burj Khalifa. On the Thursday of the retreat, guests will have a “free day,” allowing them to shop, sightsee, eat and drink at Dubai’s restaurants and bars, or simply have some downtime by the beach or the pool at Nikki Beach. On the Friday of the retreat, guests will experience a group polo lesson at the Dubai Polo & Equestrian Club. That evening, guests will take a sunset boat ride in the Dubai Harbor followed by dinner out as a group at a restaurant in Dubai.
Meals during the week will include daily breakfasts at the hotel that will take place at the guests’ leisure (feel like sleeping in and dining later? go for it!) as well as group lunches and dinners to experience restaurants in Abu Dhabi and Dubai. Two lunches and two dinners during the week - one each in Abu Dhabi and Dubai - will be at the guests’ leisure, allowing them to choose any of the two cities’ upscale restaurants or just opting for a quiet meal at the hotel.
