Kodi kitchen berg

Kodi Kitchen Berg is a former model and soap actress who understood the power of movement. She began as a certified trainer and launched her first studio. In the process, Kodi invented a new product, the Ubarre. She believes that different types of movement are required on different days, that movement should be incorporated into life, and that enthusiasm and positive perspective outlasts anything.

As the founder of EQUIPT, most of Kodi’s time is spent launching workout products, teaching EQUIPT online and being a mama. Her EQUIPT workouts use Ubarre and Uwraps for amplified and efficient workouts, some days with a focus on breathing and stretching, some cardio, some core, and more.

Kodi will be joining Fit & Fly as the fitness instructor for Fit & Fly Palm Springs 2021.
